Not to be confused with the new weekly webcomic The PUBLIC, today marks the first Processing side story, which will be dubbed Problems After Death.

These side stories are set in the world of Processing unrelated to Clyde’s journey. The next few weeks will be Problems After Death until Processing #3 begins in August.

The PUBLIC begins on Friday

Been a minute since we last saw Douglas. It won’t be the last of him, either! In other news, this Friday will see the release of The PUBLIC, a new webcomic where readers on Substack can engage with and alter the trajectory of the story.

How it works - get it?

I know quite a few of Processing’s readers do so through email only, but this will require comments on Substack to make it all happen. I’m going to shill a bit harder than usual for you to download the app (the comic reads better there, anyways).

Once you’re on the app, you can like and comment on new posts like a blog post. The top comment will be used to push the story forward - in whatever depraved (or wholesome) directions this readership sees fit.
